MONA's subgroups are smaller, member-led circles built around a stage of life, a shared background, or a common interest. Join as many as you like, from monthly meetups to active online conversations.

- New and Expectant Moms: meetups for expecting moms and moms of babies up to 12 months, most with babies in tow
- MONA Littles: group activities for families with toddlers and preschoolers, ages 1 to 5
- Beyond Elementary: conversation and advice for parents of tweens and teens
